I started playing guitar at age 11. By the
age of 15 I was playing gigs in a punk rock
band called Oxy-Moron. Throughout the
years I have played guitar for a number of
different bands. In 2002, I deceided to branch off and do my own thing, hence the birth of Sugarball Express. I am the only remaining original member of the band, but I am very pleased with the current line up and we are ready to play from Austin to Boston! Look out folks we are movin' it down the line!

Jonny Murder - Upright Bass/Vocals
Where to begin? I've played music my entire
life with instruments ranging from piano,
cello, accordion, guitar, bass guitar, and now
the upright bass since 2006. I've played
all kinds of music including classical, punk,
ska, psychobilly, alternative rock and country.
I joined Sugarball Express during the spring of 2009.
Polly Pocket - Fiddle
Wildly talented Polly Pocket is the newest member
of Sugarball Express. She rocks the stage with her
fiddle and is at home playing punk, irish, rockabilly,
old country and more. She's been a feature to many
local Houston bands and brings her unique sound
to the Sugarball stage.
Buck Manning - Drums
Yep, I'm Buck. I was born on the side
of a hill in Arkansas. I've played with
a few folks here and there. I love
carrying heavy stuff, taking up a lot
of space and hitting shiny things with
sticks.

Will Golden - Lap Steel
Playing for numerous Houston bands
large and small, Sugarball Express is
proud to feature the lap steel stylings of
Will Golden.

throat, Texas homegrown Rockabilly/Honky-Tonk band.
